With over 20 years of experience in teaching and coaching, I have developed a unique approach to Life Coaching from my experience on and off the football field to help people tackle tough life transitions and find a clear path forward.
My Approach
I believe that every individual has the potential to live a fulfilling and purposeful life. My approach is centered around helping my clients discover who they are at their core and what they want their life to look like. From there we begin to identify a path for a life that aligns with their vision for themselves and where they are at this season in life. I provide a safe and non-judgmental space for my clients to explore their inner world and help them develop a game plan for their personal definition of success.
